The POL Indicator Most people occasionally grumble about the politics at their place of work -- and most of us define political decisions as conniving and underhanded. But politics will always be a part of organizational life as long as people are involved. You can choose not to play, but the politics will remain, so you need to figure out how to practice politics without sacrificing your integrity in the process. Assess your political and organizational leanings (POL) by rating each of the following statements about organizational life. When finished, check your email for your results.
